Landscape Design
Getting your ideas down on paper so that we can create concept design drawings is the best starting point.
You even can explore possibilities - If you are not sure what you want then we are able to make suggestions and work with you to develop a design you will be delighted with.
Once you approve concept designs work can start in most cases. If your project is more complex then working drawings and permits may be needed before a start can be made.
You can make informed decisions based on what we can tell you about council regulations, Building Consents/Permits, and Resource Consents that may affect your plans. Gaining the appropriate approvals early could save you $1000's if a change is required after construction has started.

Concept Plans
Creating a plan is an important stage in creating a landscape. Whether it's just a concept plan that shows layout or a more detailed construction plan it is important that you can see that your vision can be realised.
Once you have discussed your ideas with the designer the concept plan can be drawn to show you how the various features of the landscape can be arranged . The concept plan outlines the positioning of paths, walls, decks, steps, fences etc., together with lawn and garden arrangements and suggested features and plants.
